Open the app, choose the service you need (e.g. Plumbing, Cleaning, Salon), select a date and time that suits you, and confirm. Your booking is instantly sent to an available verified professional in your city.
Can I pay using UPI or cash? ⌄
Yes! Bookixo supports UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM), all major debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on completion. All digital payments are encrypted and secure.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking? ⌄
You can cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a small fee. Go to My Bookings → tap the booking → Cancel or Reschedule.
How are service providers verified? ⌄
Every provider on Bookixo goes through Aadhar verification, police background check, relevant certification review, and a skills test. We continuously monitor ratings and reviews to ensure consistent quality.
What if I'm not happy with the service? ⌄
Your satisfaction is our priority. Report the issue within 24 hours via the app or this support page. Our team will investigate and may offer a free rebook, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

How do I become a service provider on Bookixo? ⌄
Visit the Provider Portal on the app or website, fill in your details, upload your Aadhar and relevant certifications, and complete the background check. Approved providers can start accepting bookings within 48 hours.
Is Bookixo available in Hindi or regional languages? ⌄
Yes! The Bookixo app is available in English and Hindi. Regional language support (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada) is coming soon. Our customer support team can also assist in Hindi.
