How do I book a service on Bookixo? ⌄
Simply open the app, choose the service you need (e.g. Plumbing, Cleaning, Salon), select a date and time that suits you, and confirm. Your booking is instantly sent to an available professional in your area.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking? ⌄
Yes — you can cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) may incur a small fee. To cancel, go to My Bookings → tap the booking → Cancel.
How are service providers vetted? ⌄
Every provider on Bookixo goes through a thorough verification: identity check, relevant certification review, and a background check. We also continuously monitor ratings and reviews from customers to ensure quality.
What payment methods are accepted? ⌄
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and in select regions, cash on completion. All digital payments are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe.
What if I'm not happy with the service? ⌄
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're unhappy, report the issue within 24 hours via the app or through this support page. Our team will investigate and may offer a rebook, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Is Bookixo available in my city? ⌄
Bookixo is currently available in over 30 cities globally. Download the app and enter your location to see available services near you. If we're not in your city yet, you can join the waitlist and we'll notify you when we launch.
How do I become a service provider on Bookixo? ⌄
Visit our Provider Portal on the app or website, fill in your details, upload your certifications, and complete the background check. Approved providers can start accepting bookings within 48 hours of approval.
